Stephen is a professional Coach, Mentor and Supervisor. He is accredited at Master Practitioner level by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and also has an ESIA Coach/Mentor Supervisor accreditation. He has a multi-cultural and multi-functional background. British, living in Poland with a 30+year corporate career spanning P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers and PZ Cussons; on-the-ground in UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia & Poland; with assignments in Sales, Marketing & Country/ Regional General Management.

He has personally led and been responsible for international start-up operations, in developed and hardship locations; significant organisational change projects; business turnaround assignments and re-shaping leadership teams into effective operating units.

He currently coaches and mentors, face to face and virtually, in Europe, North & Central America, Africa and Asia, with senior business leaders, individually and with their leadership teams, towards greater self-awareness and operational impact. Sectors include FMCG, Insurance, Banking, Consulting, Software, IoT, Legal, Engineering, Pharma, Shipping, Logistics, Chemicals, Beverages, Wines & Spirits and Not-for-Profit.

Stephen’s business experience is supported by significant Executive Coaching and Supervision study. He is also a Tutor with the Academy of Executive Coaching, a Certified Trainer on the International Positive Power & Influence Programme (PPIP) and on the EMCC Global Executive Board as Vice President, Development.
